Home Page Build of new fully responsive Travel website - If home page is completed to high standard a further project for the remaining 15-20 pages is available to the successful developer

Excellent Bootstrap front end developers required. We are building a new travel website and have found it difficult to find a developer or development company who are skilled in bootstrap/HTML5 development who can work fast and product quality code. We are looking for a fully functional home page to start with using the bootstrap framework. Depending on the success of the home page, we have a further 15-20 pages requiring development and will award this project to the person who completes the home page to a high coding standard and pixel perfect for the designs we have in psd format. We have the PSD's ready with different states for the home page, it will contain a search form with different form fields for Flight only search, Hotel only search, flight and hotel search and Car only search. The page is to be a fully responsive targeting desktop, tablet and mobile. We require clean code and for the comments to be inserted throughout to help provide guidance to our .net developers who will be linking the page up to our own CMS and back-end system. The page is to also have field validation so if the mandatory form fields have not been completed on the visible form, then the search will not be carried out and the user will be prompted to complete the fields. Once the home page has been built and we are happy with the quality of work we are then keen to get between 15 - 20 pages developed asap.
