Replicate an Existing HTML-format Set of Document to Create a New Identical Set for Email Blasting

1) Our email system vendor told us that these days, most email systems have built-in intelligent spam detector to scan all email documents to calculate the ratio between words and images. As such, if we want to send out eflyer by email blast, we need to convert the image file into a HTML-format file. And this HTML-format file is different from the conventional HTML webpage. 2) To clarify the technicality, our email system vendor has given us a set of reference. We just need to find a HTML web design person to study the reference material, then replicate to create the new HTML-format file. 3) Please refer to the attached files.
