Community Hall Booking System

Overview: Many local communities have facilities available in which community groups can [login to view URL] purpose of this project is to develop a visually-based on-line booking system for such [login to view URL] bookings manager should easily be able to set up a visual representation of the facility, including both bookable rooms and communal areas such as corridors which different groups would need to use in order to access their room. Moving through a timeline should then be able to display the status of the rooms at different times. The manager should also be able to confirm bookings and manage admin tasks such as the generation of invoices for hire. Members of external groups should be able to see room availability- though not the names of other organisations who have booked rooms- the cost of hire of a room, and to request a booking.
