JSON content entry - familiar with coding and English a must

Please read the attached PDF before bidding! I need someone who has great English skills and a good understanding of JSON structure. Outcome 1: 1x JSON file formatted which has a summary 44 projects, in a predefined JSON structure from a Google Spreadsheet. Outcome 2: I have an existing JSON structure which I need to be adhered to perfectly and replicated across roughly ~44 JSON files formatted with content originating from a Google Drive spreadsheet. There are about 20 data points per file that need to be entered and checked for accuracy. Full instructions in the attached PDF - happy to answer and clarify questions before and during the project.
