need a sales site for fuel saver

I sell a fuel saver device for lorries, agricultural machines and construction equipment that reduces CO2 emissions and other emissions. The device also saves fuel as well.. I need to present the savings with the device on agricultural vehicles, lorries and construction machines. Also I need to present official documents concerning CE and E markings made for the EU that confirms that the unit can be mounted on any type of vehicle in the EU + some other official documents. These documents will be specific for each type of vehicle. User must be able to order mounting of the device online - therefor some kind of post form would be needed where user dial his contact data, time wanted for mounting + a couple of other things.
