Transfer designs to responsive HTML/CSS with animation

I need mockups converted to HTML5/CSS3. There is overall around 9 low-content screens. While switching between screens, there will be elements on each screen which will be animated. All mockups are made in Sketch and there is a Framer prototype showing how transitions and animation should be implemented. Also detailed description and metrics of each screen/elements will be provided (margins, sizes, fonts, colors etc.) All graphics already prepared and sliced in 1x,2x PNG and SVG. Everything will be checked thoroughly before accepting the project as completed. Please bid practical time required for the completion, I expect you to complete the project on time.
