I would like someone to scrape a (popular home valuation) website for recent home sales in 50 (provided) United States of America zip codes. I need an address listing of the top highest dollar value sales from each zip code (max 200 addresses per zip code). Total listing will be a maximum of 10,000 addresses long (50 zip codes X 200 addresses each = max 10,000 addresses). I want the listing saved to a MS Excel 2007 format with separate fields for number, street name, city, state, zip, and price sold. Bid on this project with your estimated price. If I like your qualifications and I think we will work well together I will provide further details of the project and allow you to refine your bid based on the new information. This is a fairly easy project.
