Sales for ESL and Global Business Education

We are an online school which specializes in teaching English as a foreign language and also an MBA. We are hiring an experienced, high-powered, high-energy business executive to sell our program to indiviuals, corporations, and schools throughout the world. Requirements -Enjoys making phone calls and talking to clients on the phone -MUST speak on a near-native English level -- No heavy foreign accent -Has managerial experience -Extremely skilled at writing English emails to clients and internal team members -Extremely well-spoken, and good conversational English ability -High energy, cheerful, positive, outgoing, and able to communicate very well with executive-level clients (school principals, training managers, individuals) -Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, with leadership ability -Able to work well independently and in teams Roles and Responsibilities: -We will train you from beginning to end on how to speak with and sell to clients, and maintain relationships with the clients -Training on using our proven and effective sales process to reach out to the individuals, corporatins, and schools, use our sales scripts, pitch our service, keep detailed records, and lead the client through the sales process. -Keep detailed records -Make phone calls to schools to introduce our program, and schedule demos with decision-makers. (Lists will be provided) -Keep detailed and organized records of all your calls and emails using our CRM (using [login to view URL]), able to regularly follow-up without missing sales calls -Close deals on the phone (w/ assistance of company CEO) SALARY & COMPENSATION: First month will start at $500 (based upon milestone number of clients), and every month the project will be renewed and there will be a significant raise until you are being paid a fair executive level compensation. Raise / bonuses depend on experience, motivation, results, and progress.
