Backlinks Expert for a Blog

I need an expert who can work dedicatedly with us to build links to our site. We would want high PR backlinks and would need the backlink expert for very long time since we manage group of blogs and would see the backlinks expert work for first 30 days and if we find it fine we would give work for other sites too. Guidelines 1. Links must be permanent and indexed. 2. Must be PR 2 or above. 3. Must not be from NO Index pages 4. Must be from different domains and different C class IP 5. Must be Whitehat We would expect the expert to work and build us around 30 backlinks per site per day. So a total of 900 backlinks a month. The backlinks could be in a way of Anchor Text in Articles or Press Releases, Blog Comments, Social Bookmarks, Forum Profiles among others. We just basically want High PR and Whitehat Backlinks regularly. A report would be required from the expert on Daily basis. We have a very low budget but if u work out well and we see the results then we would hand over other 8 sites work to you too. And we would prefer paying per site basis. So please bid here for One site. Remember we have a very low budget per site.
