Create AdSense optimized WordPress site

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer that can develop a WordPress based website, optimized for AdSense and that generate a constant minimum earning of USD20/day. Requirements: - WordPress based site. - You will suggest domain name to use, I will provide you with this domain + hosting - You will deliver all content, which must be in proper English, unique and Copyscape clean - You are free to chose topic for the site, but no Adult, pharma, violence or gambling. Topic must be approved by me before you start. - Site and content must be 100% within Google AdSense TOS - All content, including text, images, WordPRess theme, etc. must be royalty free. I should gain all rights to the site and content. - Traffic must be 100% white hat real people from organic search, no bots or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat, etc. - I will provide Google AdSense and Analytics account to use on the site. Milestone payments for the project will be created, however money will only be released after the site has shown a stable earning per day of min. USD20, for 30 days.
