Google Adsense Project x 50 Sites

Hi I have 50 web sites that have been made for me by another freelancer, who unfortunately due to bad health was unable to finish the job. As I understand all of the wordpress sites have been finished, but because they are getting no traffic, I do not think that any SEO work or link building work has started yet. All the sites are fully automated in terms of content. I just need to make sure that adsense is all set up corrently, and the correct marketing and seo is implemented to start earning from the sites. I am looking for somebody with excellent knowledge of Wordpress, Adsense to go in and look at the current status of all my sites, to figure out what work has been completed and what work still needs to be done. I then need my freelancer to start implementing all the marketing work necessary in order for all the sites to start earning through adsense and amazon. No black hat methods thankyou! When my original freelancer originally started the project he had a list of 200 keywords he was targeting for each site. The Adsense earning target for each site was $50 per day. Whoever is chosen to do this job will receive milestone payments, for example when the sites all start earning $5 per day you will receive a payment, when the advance to $10 per day you will receive another payment etc...
