Magento SEO guideline/support - German skills required

Job Description DO NOT READ FURTHER, IF YOU HAVE NO GERMAN LANGUAGE SKILLS. Hi, for my salesplattform [login to view URL] I need a guideline/support on how to create content, titles, meta tags and products, so that my customers are satisfied and google see the term "uphive" as a new brand. I have nearly no knowledge about SEO beside that what google writes in it guidelines. You have to analyse my website and give me some glues, while doing one or two examples. Maybe we should have teamviewer session, too. If this works out and you have time, you could make the SEO for me, for everything thats to much for an algorithmen approach. German writing and reading skills are required.
