On Page SEO

I am looking for a long term relationship with a professional SEO company. Your quote will include providing a full SEO report on a website and then implement the changes. You will then be required to advise me on what sort of off page campaign you would recommend. Please don't send me full details of all the different packages you provide, this is not what i am looking for. Any one who sends a cut and pasted file will not be considered. I have attached in a text file the details of MY website and keywords. Fluent English is a must and your report must not be taken from a software solution, I want your research done manually. You will also be required to advise me if you think i have selected the correct keywords. The successful bidder (if you complete the job well) will be considered over all others for future work on other sites i maintain. Please only contact me initially through freelancer as any unsolicited emails will be discarded. I will also consider people new to freelancer. I look forward to receiving your bids.
