Need someone to send 1 million emails per day

Hi, I am looking for someone with a proven track record who can send bulk email campaigns to more than 1 MILLION email addresses per day. I will provide the list of the emails in excel CSV format. TO QUALIFY FOR THIS PROJECT THESE REQUIREMENTS HAVE TO BE MET. You need to setup for me dedicated servers and IPs (over 200 IPs rotation). - You also need to have vast experience and skill in getting emails to inbox for all types of email providers like gmail, Hotmail, aol and yahoo. EMAILS MUST HIT INBOX, NOT spam folders. NO EXCEPTION. If you don’t know how to configure your servers to get to inbox, then DO NOT bid on this job. I need a report to be sent out daily with details such as 1. how many reached inbox? 2. how many emails read? 3. how many times the email has been opened? 4. How many clicked on my link? 5. How many forwards? You MUST be able to keep daily communication with me and that includes the ability to reach you by phone. You MUST be able to send the entire campaign from start to finish. No exceptions. Please only bid on this job if you can “inbox” the email sending and make sure you have full experience in mass emailing. - It is important that you are able to provide me software with daily reports that show the statistics on the emails that you are sending.
