The language of the project suggests you have QBO but I can work via RDP or any other program or even I can do it in my QB and can provide you the back up.
Has done projects for American employers in QB PRO, Premier, Online and POS. Has done similar projects for US employers with update of checking accounts, credit cards, loan accounts with either bank feeds or manual update. Since I have done bookkeeping for more than 12 US employers, I am used to most of the nature of expenses. I can categorise payments/expenses in the proper head of account at once without assistance.
Currently working for an American employer in PRO via GoToMyPC and in the verge of finishing three years from 2013 to 2016 for three of his companies. I am doing a blue print of your requirement in PRO updating his bank accounts, credit cards, payroll accounting and categorizing to proper head of expenses. Earlier I completed implementation of inventory system in POS.
I am open to hourly price. My price is USD12/hour considering six years to be updated.
