Live Video Conferencing Project

I have a live video software with some proprietary quality of service changes that make it run very well on internet explorer ( Javascript and HTML5), Firefox and Safari. It is very optimized SW with a GUI that allows live video multiparty meetings. I am looking for a iPad developer who can port this SW and build a GUI around it and make it work on iPad. The sw downloads as a plugin before you start using it and optimizes the audio and video interfaces and then using a GUI you can select any person from your contact list to have a video call with. You can also create a meeting room where people can join you and with a unique patent pending solution conduct a meeting effectively. The way I see this project will be conducted : 1) Show me what you have done on iPad app development and if you have expertise. 2) Understand my requirements. 3) Take the software I have ( Javascript ) and use iPad's inherent audio and video interface to port it to iPad. 4) Test it with me and my team. 5) This is first phase. 6) In second phase, we will add requirements to change the GUI and add some items. 7) In third phase, we will add some video requirements. Please note, the iPad developer should show us they have worked with iPad's audio and Video interface so we know they can do 1st phase of project easily. Let me know your interest Rex
