I require an app for the iPad 3 that allows a user to draw a vector line sketch object on the screen and be able manipulate it in the same way as the free app neu. Draw. This includes, line type, line thickness, line colour, infill colour. The object should be able to be given a title and the text of that title by default would sit in the middle of the object. The option to have a tag line coming from the centre of the object to the text will be required should the object be too small.
Objects could be orthogonal (rectangular/square), circular, ellipsoid, polyline (free curve sketch). Objects should be able snap to each others aligned edges and be magnetic when they approach the snap. Option to turn off snap is required. Option is required for objects to merge with one another if user pushes object against perimeter of another object and forces it inside.
Object area lock option required such that if a user manipulates shape of object, the area remains the same is a square can be squashed by pushing one external line towards squares centre and in having area lock option on, the square will become a rectangle of the same area.
I then need the area of the enclosed sketch to be accessible on a separate schedule list. Such that the user can select an area measurement type eg square meters, square feet etc. The object title should be able to sit on the schedule next to the area. The area should be able to be changed in the schedule list such that the size of the object changes to suit and vice versa.
Schedule headings should be editable.
Export option for both schedule and drawing required. Jpg, PDF, tiff, png, dwg (drawing only), Dropbox, cloud etc.
