I bought a floatation tank (Similar to a spa pool in terms of electronics), and the control panel is designed to be operated manually. Currently: I press the on button manually every hour to turn on the heaters, and this has a built in timer to turn off. This means however, that I need to physically press the button every two hours to keep the water warm. The ideal temperature is 36 degrees or so consistently. Ideally I would like to monitor and control the temperature on my phone as well. The spa heater used is 5.5kw and the pump is 750W. I want the appliances to be operated over a wifi network by my iphone. I dont mind whether the control panel is functional or not. I am looking for the most simple way that will comply with New Zealand Standards in terms of electronics.
