Debug Existing Java Code

Java android greeting card app completely written and functional. We need a very experienced debugger very experienced with bitmapFactory to debug and fix our existing code. All of our issues are bitmapFactory related. Loads user chosen gallery images behind chosen template and image is manipulated by user, sizing and positioning. Our code is well written and very easy to follow but our coders are unable to fix problem listed below. PROBLEM - Large images heap space problem, won't load and error app. Some images in gallery when loaded are oriented incorrectly, shown in gallery as portrait and loads landscape. ********* NOTE this is an minSdk API 8 app and it MUST remain that way, so largeHeap="true" is not the fix ************
