Restaurant Recommendation phone app

Require design and development of a iphone app that uses a users social network to seek restaurant recommendations within a certain geographic area. Design work: - UI - Logo - Splash Functionality: 1. require a user to log in and authenticate using fbook, twitter 2. a user can submit a request for recommendations to their friends followers on fbook, twitter 3. a user can invite users to join from their fbook, twitter and phone contacts 4. intreract with responses that are recieved directly through the app. (i.e responses on fbook are visible through a notification on the app 5. enable access to calendar function to enter restaurant reservations Restaurants (as per above but with additonal) 1. Can register as a restaurant 2. Enable notifications if someone selects the cuisine type and area that the restaurant services 3. interact directly through the app with users Facebook integration, similar to instagram, foursquare - i.e you can see on fbook that it was posted by an app and can click on that post to go to the app store and download. Very collaborative development required and a 2-4 week turnaround, with testing, app server (?) and submission to the app store.
