Scraping Project

I am looking for a talented web scraper who has good experience in making web scraping applications. The application need to be desktop based and should run on windows. After you make the application i will test it and if found any bugs you have to fix it until its 100% working. After its 100% done you will deliver the app with its source code. This is the opportunity for more work if this goes well and on time. My max budget for each scraper is $30-$35 so do not over bid or send bids of no sense.
