Hi, My estimate is, it might take upto 60 days for creating & testing (both would be done by me) apps for Android + iOS + Windows Phone. It might be possible to complete the apps earlier as well. However, the time required for developing the mobile apps would actually depend on the complexity of the desktop application you have developed.
