Software Design and Development

Job Description I need someone to review a current software I have developed, and review, repair the code. create new features also. Full-Time or Part-Time Application Software Developer with at least 5 years software development experience (C#, C++, or Java). Review current program, and advise with effective process and changes to be made. Must be able to design for our future build and communicate and code proficiently Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate a working understanding of SOLID development principals, and common design patterns. Experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases, OR/M tools, n-tier applications, WPF, WCF, ASP.NET MVC, Java Script unit testing, and/or the MWM pattern are an asset. Production management and Team lead experience. Responsibilities include full lifecycle application development Manage and direct existing programmers investigate, analyze and document reported defects developing unit tests software testing and quality assurance investigating new technologies Knowledge & Skills The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: 5 years minimum of software development experience demonstrable software development experience including having worked on at least one major application through the full SDLC strong communication skills team player formal education in software development or equivalent work experience a commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work I am ready to start in about 15 - 30 days. I am expecting project to take a few months The program is already built, and i have a junior programmer on staff continuing working on it. I woudl like freelance person to review all of my programmers code, suggest fixes, and speed enhancements. The freelance person woudl probably code most of the changes.... if teh freelance person is good, i will lay off my hired staff and continue with teh freelancer.
