Custom Navigation with images

Hi there, we need a custom navigation with images (not sure if thats what is called) but you can see a clear example of what I need please visit the following link: [login to view URL] What we want is the navigation in their help desk we want the same functionally and feel of that navigation table. We need this for a Wordpress site so use the best practices for such platform: [login to view URL] functionally: On mouse hover highlight the section of that item On click (item or link) open a window Visual aspect: Center heading text, and add some text description for that item Custom images for each item chat, phone, email, Knowledge base, Video tutorials Use neutral colors We attached 2 screen shots, one is for the nav bar we want and the other one is an example of the text of each item.
