Website Template/Flash Presentation

Overview: Kodiak Sports, LLC is a manufacturer of wood baseball bats and a sporting goods retailer. Our product line is limited to baseball right now, and products relating to baseball. We are in need of a new website design. The design should be professional in nature, although have a baseball theme. The baseball theme should be incorporated into the main banner/design of the site, but it should not look gawdy or tacky. (The baseball theme should not be overblown). General Requirements 1. Navigation to be clearly displayed, products on the left, other navigation across the top somewhere. 2. Initial product buttons: Home, Pitching Machines, Wood Bats, Baseball Turf, Field Maintenance, Landscape Turf, Commercial Cages * Should include blank button template of all instances, for mouse over,on/off instances, etc...with specs to simulate graphics...font definitions, etc. * Side navigation mouseover should be done with javascript (2 state mouseover, on and off). 3. Initial admin type buttons (across the top): Contact Us, About Us, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy * Should include blank button template of all instances, for mouse over,on/off instances, etc...with specs to simulate graphics...font definitions, etc. * Top navigation mouseover should be done with javascript (2 state mouseover, on and off). 4. Color scheme should be something along the lines of green or blue with silver or white, with other color usage as appropriate. * Creativity is welcome * Content area should have a white background (helps with posting our product images). 5. Site should include a Cascading Style Sheet for font definitions, etc. 6. Site should have a content area able to grow downward (vertical) without messing up the page design (streching menus, etc) 7. Site should be done in HTML. (not ASP,CFML, etc) 8. Preferably, site should be done to macromedia Dreamweaver MX compliant/standards for me to work with them easily. Flash Requirements: - Small Flash Presentation to be eye catching in a small portion of the 1st screen in the content area (exactly like the site referenced below). - Flash portion should open with a scene of an image, color or something tied into the page design...transition to a vibrant image or scene possibly mixed with product photos, or a baseball park as a background....and the text "Harness the power of Kodiak Sports" should appear. It should then transistion into highlighting the capabilities of Kodiak Sports, LLC in a fading in and out text...or something similar. "Professional Wood Baseball Bats" , "Custom Batting Cage Installation and Design" , "Commercial Turf Sales and Installation" etc...probably about 5 highlighted areas...and then it would transistion into a final static look. Deliverables: - Final home page design to specs outlined above, including the flash presentation incorporated - Final "content" type page...same as the home page, but with a white content area to fill in content - Cascading style sheet - Blank navigation buttons with font definitions, etc. A site for reference: [login to view URL] - Ideal site will be similar in nature to this site, but with different images,theme, etc. - Like the smooth flowing design - Flash presentation should be similar to this sites - Like the menu navigation layout, side and top Bidders: - Should have experience building professional sites - Graphic design experience - Examples of work?
