Create 4 Page HTML/CSS Website Portfolio From PSD\'s

Hello, we are looking for an expert in coding a website from a Photoshop mockups. We need a high quality coder to convert our designs from Photoshop PSD's to HTML and CSS. 1. We need the files to be compatible with ALL major browsers - especially, IE7-9, Chrome, Opera, Firefox and Safari. 2. This project is time sensitive. The final files should be delivered no later than 4/30/13. 3. We need quality work. Please stick to the design file. 4. Must speak good English with a keen eye for detail and willingness to read long descriptions about projects like this. The website design will include the following pages (All necessary font files are also included - Fonts Fjalla One and LeckerliOne are for logo, and PT Sans is used in a combination with Arial for a content) 1. Homepage (file attached) 2. Resume Page (file attached) 3. Portfolio Page (file attached - Please note on portfolio page, we need some type of javascript or jquery interactivity. When a user rolls over a project box, it should change to show information about that project box. There should also be space for a to allow for more detailed text to appear below as well) 4.
