HTML Cut from Ilustrator + CSS3 + javascript

We are in need of a tableless HTML cut , with the corresponding CSS 3 to be produced from images made in Illustrator (EPS files). Some pages need JavaScript programming for menus , popups , progress bars and tab like screens. Preference for JQuery UI. Navigation like menu dropdown, popups and tab selection must be delivered enabled and wording. Texts for labels and titles cannot be images, their must be text with style controlled via CSS, exception only for logos. Text warp should be considered. There are 8 to 10 pages to cut. Some more images are added to show use and scroll. Scroll functionality in responseB (1, 2 and 3) should be make with CSS and not iframe as possible. The estimated time is 3 days work. HTML, CSS and Javascript files must have clean organization and names for tags, styles and code must be in english.
