Add Mathjax and Mathquill to Awwation

Hello Richard I have had a good look at both plugins and they seem simple enough to integrate into any website. I think for me it's just a case of getting to know the website you want it integrated into, which should take at least a day. As I am familier with the languages it uses this should not be a problem, just a bit time consuming. Because of this I would like to allow for 5 days, but should have something up and running within 2 to 3 days, with hard coded equations withing few hours. As always, there might be a few 'landmines', but 5 days should still be enough to complete this project 100%. As graphics are my strong point svg is not not an issue, and again this looks like a fun project. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions with no obligation. Thank you
