The Database has only one Table and the values you need are in two columns (WERT and PROZENT) The HTML Page need to show the values of WERT as numbers The HTML Page need to show the colored columns height from PROZENT. For the columns it's easy. The CSS has already 0%-100% height values. So you only need to paste the values from the Database into the CSS and that's it. IMPORTANT: The values change every 5min. So you need to add a Javascript that reads the values every 5min. from the Database and sets the new values. This has to be done by CSS/JS. Please DO NOT RELOAD. If you provide a REALOAD solution will not be approved

I am javascript and css expert. I can make a js file using jquery which will read values from db and update the values wert and prozent height without actual page reloading using a fix timer.
