Bootstrap 5 Conversion and Customization -- 2

I am looking for an expert proficient in Bootstrap and CSS to convert a current project based on Bootstrap 5 alpha to one using the stable Bootstrap version and custom CSS files. The switch is focused on improving website performance, compatibility with older browsers, and more customization options. Below are the specifics for this project: 1. Project is here 2. I want you to convert it so that is loads minified bootstrap files (css and js) via html tags, and any custom css and jss are in separate files (unminified). I want the final version to have a structure looks like below: root/css/[login to view URL] root/css/[login to view URL] (this are the customizations, unminified) root/js/[login to view URL] root/css/[login to view URL] (this is the customer script, unminified) other files are similar, so that in any html I just need to include these files. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in Bootstrap and CSS, with a keen eye for design and detail. Previous work with Bootstrap conversions will be an added advantage.
