Custom Google Map for Our Website

Create a Google Map using place-marker clusters (described here: [login to view URL], functionality shown here: [login to view URL]). We provide the locations for the markers (about 50 to 100). Also, the map should show a layer of polygons (provided by us) when the zoom level shows approximately one city. Place-markers and polygons should show an HTML notes box when you click on them (as is normal in Google My Maps). In addition, we require a search function (auto-complete search bar), which will cause the map to zoom in to show the searched for location and the nearest place-markers. (Similar to a 'store locator' widget, but it doesn't have a 'results' pane beside the map, it just shows the place-markers on the map and the searched for location). Optional, but desired functionality is a monthly automated import of our Google My Maps (about 30 maps with polygons that we update periodically) into the one central map (described above). Also, desired, but optional, is for the highest zoom level on the map to show one place-marker cluster per continent/continental region (Europe, Southeast Asia, East Asia, Middle East, Central America, etc.), instead of many (as is shown in the example linked above). This map will be used publicly, embedded on our website made using Squarespace.com. I believe we qualify for the free version of Google Maps API.
