Integrate the Google Speech API to an Electron Project

I'm building a piece of software for interactive storytelling. I need players to be able to click a button to access the microphone, and speak their request. This will then need to go to the Google Speech API for translation, and then transferred back to a javascript background for processing. For instance, User says "I open the door" This will go to a function waiting for "door open" The door open function will be triggered. For now I just need help with the basic integration of the cloud speech api into an electron project. I don't have an electron project I am to work with yet, so I will need you to create it, and transfer the files across to me so I can continue working on it.
