Need to hide some data in my javascript code.

Hi, could you please tell me further what this API is about? Honestly I don't know any encryption techniques but then what is it for? We can't hide anything already loaded to client side (browser); things like images, HTML, javascript codes and API key. Just an idea: I guess we could only minimize API key presence on client side. API key stays on your server and will only loaded (to client side) at the moment it is used and this means the use of ajax. Once used, it will be deleted. So unless your visitor is a javascript guru, he won't be able to trace it:) Ajax however may slightly slow down your page response because it has to send request and processs response from your server.
