Setting up a Content/Web Change Tracker (Cloud-based)

I am looking for a professional who has knowledge of Content/Web Change Tracking. This is a quick job that mainly consists of advisory on which solution to be used. I will also need help and guidance on setting trackers - mainly text changes (promo changes on certain websites). The web tracking solution should:   - Be cloud-based - no need for software installation (a must)   - Have the ability to check websites in every 1 and/or 1 hour and notify when there is a change (a must)   - Use US IP as it will be accessing US websites (a must)   - Have the ability to export to excel (ideally) - Have the ability to track within the given time period - e.g. track only between 8am-5pm   - Have the ability to extract specific field automatically - e.g. track number of the bid made on a specific website and extract this info to database - API (advanced - not mandatory) I need someone who can advise me on which product to choose - considering the price, features, and practicability of the product. Probably come up with different options highlighting pros/cons. If you have web scraping/crawling experience, we may work on other projects too. Please mention if you have used a cloud-based web scraping/crawling tool before. Do not bid if you don't have relevant experience!
