I want to animate a company logo (subtle), and keep it readable by all devices (could be 'flat' if not supoported by some Iexplore...). Logo hassquare standard color bloc + Text (still), and flowers & sleeves under it. I'd like to have flowers and sleeves move like there is a little wind, very gently, just for good look, not to demonstrate we can animate it :) Better if it can react on mouse over (slight parralax or any nice hover effect). Result should be easy to embed in a standard template with transparency issues (menu slighlty overlapping on the bottom of logo, with trnasprency).

Hi there, I'm Matt and can create SVG logo animation for you (23 years a webmaster, 5+ years scripting SVG animations/visualizations). Please provide your logo first to analyze it. I can vectorize it (better than with Adobe software) yet complex gradients (if you have them) are not easy to achieve with current SVG (1.1) specification. I understand your flowers and sleeves movement requirements that can still be achieved using SVG (embedded) animation only. For any other effects, especially with the mouse, javascript is recommended - and using additional library (preferring GreenSock) as well. Looking forward to your reply and further discussion, Matt
