225726 Real Estate for Joomla Site

I need someone to customize and add a Realty / Real Estate component to an existing Joomla site. I do not mind which component although i do like EZREalty but I am open to suggestions on other extensions. The site is currently live and the URL is available if you ask via PMB. Although its live it i using dummy data for the properties and search etc through frames. These frames need removing and whichever component you suggest needs implementing and coding to make the necessary changes as below. The site is for a single estate agency so no other agents needed to log in or no evidence of other agents on the site. It is for a commercial estate agency offering for sale businesses. So any references to bedrooms, bathrooms etc need to be removed or replaced with relevant terms that are more suited to commercial sales. I can provide a list of these It operates in a single country so any country drop downs to add properties are not needed, nor are MLS references. Post Codes and Zip codes are no use here for geo locations so again not needed. So basically this project is to take a standard joomla add on and recode it to work with what I need, then integrate it and deliver it working. I would expect you to make a full back up of the existing site to be able to recover in the event of any issues while coding, or work on a back up and install when its functioning well. Please tell me if I need to buy a component licence for you to work with and if so which product. So if you are interested then PMB for the URL of the site and tell me which extension you will be using and whether I have to buy the extension. Any bid or PMB without that information will be ignored.
