Joomla template for political website (any Romanians here?) (1871393)

It is required to create a new unique Joomla 2.5 professional template for an existing website of a political party. The website is in Romanian language, therefore I will give priority to Romanian speaking freelancers. Current design was created several years ago, now it's time to create a new design, more modern and professional. The existing design has a blog-like layout but because we add a HUGE amount of daily information it is required a portal-like design layout. Daily we add a lot of news about our party, about its leaders, about the activity of all local branches across the country, multiple photo galleries, videos etc. The new template has to contain all necessary plugins and modules required by a modern political website. For example, current template already has image gallery, integrated video/audio player, video gallery, FAQ system, forum... All these extensions will be required to improve and extend with better design and functionality. Additionally, it is required the integration with the biggest social networks (at least Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn). Proposals for additional modules and plugins are welcome. Of course it is allowed to use third party extensions, but the appropriate license must be included. In case of a commercial license, the unlimited license must be provided and its price must be included as part of the project price. It is not allowed to use Joomla extensions which contain any visible or hidden back-links. **Bidder requirements** 1. You have to provide at least 2 samples of your previous works, which must be professional templates for any version of Joomla. 2. You have to provide at least one sample of Joomla 2.5 professional template you created. 3. To increase your chance to win, you can show me also any other web designs you created even if they are not Joomla templates. 4. Do not bid if you plan to use design templates from sites like JoomlArt, RocketTheme etc! The required design must be unique, created by you. 5. Please provide a timeline estimation. I will select several candidates from bidders, based on their portfolio, and will send them detailed requirements about the project on PMB. Using the received requirements candidates will have to create a low-resolution design sketch for future template, only after that I will select the winner.
