Mobile Plant Diagnosis App

I'm initiating a project to develop a comprehensive mobile application designed for both Android and iOS platforms. This app will streamline the process of diagnosing plant diseases from images captured by users through an integrated UI. My objective is for users to not only capture images and receive diagnoses but also engage in-depth with a Q&A model for further inquiries. Key requirements and features include: - **Mobile App Development**: The application must be cross-platform, functioning seamlessly on both Android and iOS. Experience in Flutter or React Native is preferred to ensure consistency and efficiency across both platforms. - **Image Processing**: Leveraging yolov8 for plant disease label extraction from user-uploaded images. Expertise in AI and natural language processing is crucial for this component to articulate understandable and informative diagnoses. - **Critical Feature – Chat Interface**: The most crucial feature for the initial release is the chat functionality with the Q&A language model. This requires proficiency in integrating language models to deliver interactive and responsive chat experiences. - **UI/UX Design**: Given that usability is paramount, a strong background in UI/UX design for mobile applications is essential. The interface must be intuitive, user-friendly, and support the seamless transition from image capture to diagnosis, and finally, to the chat interface. Ideal candidates will have a portfolio demonstrating mobile app development with specific examples of image processing, AI integration, and exceptional UI/UX design. Experience with RAG LLM and plant disease diagnosis tools will be considered a plus.
