IMMIGRATION LAW BLOG

My name is IOANNIS KARAMARIAS. I have earned an LLB (Hons) Degree, an LLM (Faculty of Law of Bristol University), LLM (Queen Mary, University of London), and I am also a Qualified Solicitor, (England and Wales) Recently, I have sent up an Immigration Law Blog, in which I attach my articles, related to updated (Immigration Law) case law, (namely to decisions of various immigration Tribunals, in particular, these of the Upper Tribunal and the Court of Appeal), structured presentations, (accompanied by my own comments), as well as to various legal articles, in which I approach critically and in a detailed manner, various issues related to the new Work and Study Visas, (namely what it is going to happen with them), after 1st January 2021, namely in the post-Brexit era, as well as to the conditions under which European Union citizens and their European or non-European family members can obtain pre-settled or settled status in the UK. I would like to put various freelancers, (individuals, organisations, etc), in notice of this BLOG, so that they can go through it, assess it and come back to me, telling me what they believe of it, as a whole; since I am also currently practicing the profession of solicitor, building up my clientele, I would also be grateful if I can open a channel of communication with these freelancers, so that they can recommend and/or introduce my BLOG to other individuals or organisations and also to introduce me some clients, (especially individuals or organisations applying for their Entry Clearance, or having to appeal their case, following refusal of their Leave to Remain in the UK application by the Home Office, or having to submit their naturalisation application, or having to sort out issues related to their Immigration status, in general).
