Solicitor - Facebook Case

After spending £20,000 in social media ads on facebook my account was hacked - facebook have been investigating this for over 2 months and have not provided any resolution despite promising a full refund for the hackers adspend (total 4,000 which they partially refunded around £1,500) they also promised to restore my bussiness page access but i have since learned they have permenantly banned both my personal account and business page and are no longer responding to my emails regarding the overdue refund or the account access Not having the account access has prevented me making use of the £20,000 spent on marketing as all of the leads came through messenger which i have not been able to access for over 2 months. They have promised me a resolution since the 12th of september and still have not provieded any - numerous times they have stated they have restored my access but the account still could not be logged into I'm looking for someone to contact facebook legally and request a resolution including compensation for business losses and account access restored
