30 links needed, PR4+

This is a SEO Link development project for a translation services company website. I need 30 links from Google Indexed pages with PR4+. 10 links per 3 keywords. Keywords in the anchor text: - translation service - web site localization - translation agency Requirements - One-Way non-reciprocal links. - Google Indexed pages only, with PR4+. No ZERO PAGERANK links. - English language web sites only. - Links MUST be from on-topic sites; translation, translation services, translations agency, interpreting, interpreters, translators, etc. - All links must be permanent, remain active and not disappear after a few months - Only direct static text links - Links must contain our target anchor text, or keyword variations thereof. - Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.). - All links must be search engine friendly, spiderable by the search engines, and must be manually submitted. - Links must be from different Class-C IP Addresses. One link per IP/domain. - Blog links are acceptable, but not more than 10% of all links. Blog links must be on-topic related blogs and on Google-cached pages. Blogs must not be using nofollow tags. - Links from websites that already contain any link to our site will not be counted. - We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. - NO directory submissions, link exchanges, or article submissions. Providers offering directory submissions, link exchanges, or article submissions WILL NOT be considered. - NO links from search engine blacklisted or penalized pages - NO dynamic or automated links. NO hidden, cloaked, doorway pages or redirected links in any way. Links from FFAs, Link farms and spam sites are not acceptable. NO GUESTBOOK spam links. No comment submission, strictly no FFA's, gambling, pharmacy, illegal, porn, violent, or hate-based sites, guestbook’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links. - NO hidden links. All links must be visible and readable. - NO RelNoFollow (rel="nofollow") links in the code. - NO sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks. - NO links should appear in a paid links slot such as: "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or any other slot links that will show the search engines that it is a paid link. (I.e. All links should be free and not paid links.) - NO use of automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others). - Provide all link data in an Excel format spreadsheet which must include: Link site exact URL & Page Rank of site. - One payment, no recurring fees. - Only ethical work will be accepted. We will need to check links are in place as proof of completion. An Excel format document must be delivered that lists the urls of the pages the links are located on as well as the Page Rank of the URL the link is listed on.
