100 PR2 and PR3 Links

Links must be permanent. No rented links. Links must be one way with unique IP address. No ongoing payment, No links from frame, iframe, java script, hidden text or flash sites. No more than 50 outbound links on linking page, No links from social bookmarking, No BLOGS, NO forums or No public profiles, No article directories, No link farms. Links should be health related, All links have to be approved. If not approved, then it will be changed.
