Configure a server to support super-high amount of traffic(PHP/MYSQL)

I want to buy a UNMANAGED dedicated server Linux. Your job will be to : -install nginx, php, mysql -configure nginx,php, mysql to support huge amount of traffic -configure nginx to be able to understand my .htaccess -configure the server to be sure to not lose any traffic -make sure the server will stay performant even with high amount of user. -my website use mysql and deliver text based unique content to every user, there is no way for me to use CACHE system. There is sometime over 1500 request in 1-2 second from all different user, you MUST make sure the installation will not fail because too many request are sent to the PHP page. All request are displayed TEXT, but, every request the php file has to look in the database, have to also process php script, etc etc... so the server need to be optimized to process everything very quick and without any loss. I think you should install NGINX, BUT, it is not a requiremtn from me. I can order server OS you wish, you must tell me what you think would be best.
