So what you really are saying is that, a specific range of IPs could SSH into your Linux server and not the others and only SSH is allowed at the moment? This may be occur due to your ssh service, iptables configuration of firewall configuration, we need to lookup, it mignt probably take 20-30 minuts to finish the task.
