As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Freelance UI Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. **Position Overview:** As a Freelance UI Designer on the Purplebricks marketing team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly experience for our audience. Your primary responsibilities will include creative optimization testing and the seamless rollout of new brand identity across various digital platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Creative Optimization Testing:** - Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize the performance of marketing creatives. - Analyse user feedback, behaviour, and performance metrics to iterate on designs for maximum impact. - Collaborate with the marketing team to understand goals and objectives for each creative project. 2. **Rolling Out New Brand Identity:** - Work closely with the marketing and design teams to implement and maintain Purplebricks' brand identity guidelines. - Translate brand guidelines into compelling and consistent UI designs for web and mobile platforms. - Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials. 3. **UI Design:** - Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for Purplebricks digital properties. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to implement design solutions that align with business goals. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the user experience. 4. **Collaboration and Communication:** - Collaborate effectively with marketing, design, and development teams to bring design concepts to life. - Communicate design ideas and rationale clearly to stakeholders. - Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and other stakeholders. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. - Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and design best practices. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma. - Experience with A/B testing and a data-driven approach to design. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
