I am working on a Magento (Community Edition) shopping site that sells kittens and kitten related products. I need an option for the admin user to generate a PDF file containing a selected list of fields of data. This could be the vaccination report of a kitten. So even though a kitten might have many fields of data (like color, breed, date of birth, vaccine date etc...), this PDF should only contain selected fields (like date of birth and vaccine date). And most importantly, this feature should NOT be available to site visitors. This is strictly for admin users.
Please let me know how long will it take for you to do the above and how much you will charge for it. Also, while replying, please include whether you will be using an existing extension to do the feature or custom develop one. I have no issues about using existing extensions, but make sure you will be able to configure it correctly.

It would have an admin controller so only admin users could access it. You can also lay the PDF out as you please, so the extension would be very flexible.
