My client website is built in wordpress with a woocommerce shop that is just about to be launched in the next few days. The company has two distinct offerings at present. 3/5 and 7 day health retreats at their venue in Northampton and 3 at Home detox packages. Currently the health retreats are only bookable over the phone, but a custom platform is being built to take health retreats online, so the below will need to bear this in mind. I am seeking a professional developer who is adept in API integrations, specifically Mailchimp . The Mailchimp API integration will be utilised for several key features including: - Sending Email Campaigns: I require the system to support both regular newsletters, personalised emails to subscribers based on segments and tags, and automated jouneys. - They would like to send out differing email campaigns based on if a customer has or hasn't made a purchase or booking. Offering say a discount at the end of the email campaign. These automated journeys would need to be halted if a customer made a purchase after say the first email has been receved . (Page 3 of the attached brief explains the journey) - Collecting Email Subscribers: The setup needs to streamline the process of capturing email subscribers, efficiently adding their details to the mailing list, set segmentations and set tags. - Tracking Email Campaign Performance: It's vital for me to gain insights into the performance of the campaigns. The integrated system must provide tracking functionalities. The designs of the mailchimp mailers will be supplied complete and set in relevant journeys. Flat Figma visuals of the newsletter sign up forms will be provided and any amends to the design of the site that fall out of these form changes Ideal candidates should have solid experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, and API integrations. I would like to see previous similar work, demonstrating an ability to create smooth end-to-end processes. Having the capacity to deliver the project within a timely manner without compromising the quality of work is also desirable. I have attached the brief which shows elements that will need to be amended across the the site and the customer journeys that need setting up There will be scope for further work as the client would like to build on the products sold on the site including a shop selling vitamins and beauty products, candles etc.
