Marketing Plan and Email Marketing for ship & yacht broker - Read and understand before Bidding The project involves marketing for a Ship/Tug/ Barge & Yacht Broker 2nd hand vessel market and also ship demolition market worldwide (although preference is to high value quality vessel owners/sellers and buyers - Mid East, European, United States, Caribbean Island, Far East markets ). The project will entail four steps which will be considered milestones to be met that could lead to future reward for the freelancer. Milestone 1. Develop a written low cost, easy to implement email marketing campaign plan/ strategy that includes but not limited to: A. Describing your effective method how you will to find prospective commercial ship buyers and sellers. (i.e. target mobile app user – which ones? And how is data collected?, email target ship owners and companies, collect reliable vetted free public records data on who registered owner is or who sells and buys private mega yachts, find or obtain access to the authority /decision maker in the company or the vessel owner * Note: these are only examples you must develop your own specific methods tactics... etc..) B. Provide in your marketing plan several useful examples of compelling subject lines and brief compelling email content / letters that will capture the attention and earn the trust of the prospective ship / yacht buyer or seller. C. Show example how you are able to manage CRM / lead generation email lists and databases (prefer Excel or Open Office something easy to maintain ) , ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations about personal data, Track and analyze the effectiveness of the campaign, and what options are available or how to adjust strategies as needed to improve results. What are options or How will you Monitor and respond to inquiries and feedback from email recipients (is an AI chatbot an option and if so how would it be implemented into email responses)? Submit your plan for our approval and we will provide our email contact to add into the lead generation campaign . Milestone 2. After approval of the written plan - Implement your plan, Milestone 3. After email campaign is concluded Share CRM data lead contact information obtained/ found in the form of a spreadsheet at the conclusion of the campaign. Milestone 4 The first 5 (Five) bona fide leads generated from your marketing campaign that become our signed exclusive customer will earn release of the final milestone payment. If more leads are generated and become signed customers as a result of the campaign we will discuss further possible payment at that time. Requirements: Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the mobile app industry Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including list management, segmentation, and A/B testing Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging email content Proficiency in email marketing software such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools would be very helpful. Preference given to those who include your resume and examples of past email marketing campaigns. Thank you.
