Basic ME HW

Designing a position control for the simple motor in attachment 1. The homework is the 2nd attached document. The first one is just for an introduction. We will have 5 more HW such as these; one homework per two weeks. So I am looking for someone whom I can work with entire term. This HW is 35$ awarded and "must" done in "2 days" when your bid is accepted , I dont care the deadline that has written in homework, so please bid accordingly.
