Hi Sundishenergy, From the name you have chosen, looks like the primary source of heat is solar energy - perhaps at 150 deg C temperature. There are a few more details that you need to provide - power you expect, and an idea of the load also will be helpful. I understand that you are wanting a Stirling cycle.. why not an ORC? can we have a turbine type rotary expander? If the objective is only to generate power, perhaps you should be open to any kind of prime mover and working fluid. I can understand that Stirling cycle has the advantage of isothermal expansion, but when I say ORC, we sure can make the expansion as close to this as possible. Do let us know - perhaps the easiest will be to add additional info to the project so that all can see. regards, Raghavan

Especially, we have a plenty of experiences for gamma stirling engine with 2 cylinders and 2 pistons including CAD and CAE (CFD simulation system and various design system), so that we decided to bid on your project. I have experience working on the stirling engine previously. I am familiar with its working. My other engine design experience includes the design of CVVL (continuously variable valve lift). Stirling entire is one of the oldest engines. Could help in reducing pollution. But what are the resorces you have. I am sure others are also working on it.
